The first is heat treatment. The heat treatment process of stainless steel heat exchange tubes is actually solution heat treatment. The hardness of the U-shaped heat exchange tube elbow section without heat treatment and sub-solution treatment will increase as the bending radius decreases. Therefore, in order to get better use of stainless steel heat exchange tubes, solution heat treatment should be carried out. When performing solution heat treatment on stainless steel heat exchange tubes, attention should be paid to controlling the treatment temperature. If the solid solution temperature is too low, the structure and hardness of the stainless steel heat exchange tube will not be able to achieve the expected effect. If the temperature is too high, defects such as indentation or cracks may appear on the inner side of the tube section.
The second type is grinding. The grinding treatment of stainless steel heat exchange tubes is mostly used in industries such as dry grinding processing, oil grinding wire drawing, and 8K mirror processing. The most commonly used one is oil grinding, because 304 series stainless steel can show a good decorative effect after ink, and its frosted surface becomes more delicate and uniform, and the anti-rust effect is also more prominent.
