There are four standard arrangements of stainless steel heat exchange tubes: regular triangle, corner regular triangle, square, and corner square. Its arrangement is related to the direction of fluid flow and the direction of the notch of the baffle. The fluid flow direction is perpendicular to the notch of the baffle, and the notch of the baffle is determined by the condition of the shell side medium.
The conversion between a square and a corner square should rotate the tube layout by 45°. If the tube layout is rotated by 90°, the arrangement of the stainless steel heat exchange tubes is still square; and if the tube layout is rotated by 45°, the arrangement of the stainless steel heat exchange tubes will be square. It is a corner square; if the tube layout is rotated 90°, the arrangement form of the stainless steel heat exchange tube is still a corner square; if the tube layout is rotated 45°, the arrangement form of the stainless steel heat exchange tube is a square.
