The heat transfer of stainless steel heat exchange tubes can be carried out by these methods!
By: mxgy,
How does the heat transfer of stainless steel heat exchange tubes work? What are the ways? Do you know these? If you don’t know, you can find out below!
There are three methods of heat transfer in stainless steel heat exchange tubes, namely conduction, convection, and radiation.
【Conduction】Energy is transmitted by direct contact and collision between higher energy particles and lower energy particles. This is a common heat transfer method, such as the heat transfer between the air-conditioning refrigerant and the cooling fins.[Convection] means that the cooler part and the hotter part of the gas or liquid are circulated to equalize the temperature. The air flow driven by the fan in the air conditioner condenser also belongs to the “forced convection” heat dissipation method.[Radiation] As the name implies, heat energy is radiated directly from the heat source to the outside world, and the process is related to the surface color, material, and temperature of the heat source. The radiation speed is slow, so it plays a limited role in the radiator (radiation energy is carried out in a vacuum).
It is worth noting that the above three heat transfer methods are not independent, but occur together and work together!
