1. The installation of stainless steel instrument tubes should first be avoided in places with strong magnetic field interference, easy vibration, mechanical damage, high temperature and drastic temperature changes, and corrosive gases.
2. The height of the instrument center from the ground is 1.2-1.5m.
3. The instrument installed on site should be installed on the manually operated valve, so as to facilitate the observation of the indicated value of the instrument.
4. The appearance of the instrument tube should be complete and the accessories should be complete before installation. At the same time, the model, specification and material should be checked according to the design regulations.
5. It is forbidden to knock or vibrate the product during installation, and it must be firm and flat after installation.
6. After the degreasing test is passed, the equipment for degreasing according to the design rules must be installed.
7. The instrument tubes directly installed in the process pipeline should be installed after the process pipeline is purged and before the pressure test. If it must be installed at the same time as the process pipeline, it should be removed when the process pipeline is purged.
8. The direction of the arrow on the instrument casing should be consistent with the flow direction of the measured medium.
9. When the instrument tube is connected to the process pipeline, the axis of the flange on the instrument should be consistent with the axis of the process pipeline, and the fixed type should make it evenly stressed.
10. After installation, the pressure test should be carried out together with the process system.
11. The inlet of the instrument tube and the junction box on the electrical equipment should not face upwards to avoid the entry of oil, water and dust. If it cannot be avoided, sealing measures should be taken.
12. The words and terminal numbers on the instrument tubes and electrical equipment signs should be written clearly and correctly.
