What are the requirements and specifications for the processing of stainless steel heat exchange tubes? ?
By: mxgy,
As a component in heat exchange, stainless steel heat exchange tube is mainly used for heat exchange between two media, with good corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and high heat dissipation efficiency. Today we mainly understand the processing specification requirements for stainless steel heat exchange tubes.
1. Select grooved plastic-coated pipe fittings as the original.
2. The length of the connecting pipe section is the net length between the two ports of the pipe section minus 6-8mm material, and there is a gap of 3-4mm between each interface, and the steel stamp number should be stamped.
3. Use machinery to cut the pipe, the section should be perpendicular to the pipe axis, the allowable deviation range standard: ①When the pipe diameter is not greater than 100mm, the deviation is not greater than 1mm; ②When the pipe diameter is greater than 125mm, the deviation is not greater than 1.5mm.
4. For the end face of the outer wall of the wear-resistant steel-plastic composite pipe, the fillet of 1/2 wall thickness should be machined.
5. Use a special rolling grooving machine for grooving, and pay attention to the following during the process:
1) The pipe section should be kept horizontal during grooving, and the steel pipe and the front of the grooving machine should be at 90°.
2) The grooving process should be carried out slowly, and the groove depth should meet the requirements.
3) Use a standard gauge to measure the depth around the groove.
6. The outer end of the stainless steel heat exchanger tube in contact with the rubber sealing ring should be flat and smooth, and the rubber ring should not be scratched or burr affecting the seal, otherwise the installation and use of the heat exchanger will be affected.
